不同季節(jié)產的茶應如何鑒別？如何選購茶葉包裝機？
茶樹在生長周期中，因為受到不同季節(jié)氣候變化的影響以及茶樹自身營養(yǎng)的消長狀況不一，從而使得采下來的鮮葉原料品質也產生一定的差異，由此加工而成的茶葉，其品質自然也不盡相同。茶人根據不同季節(jié)對茶葉的自然品質總結出一條廣為流傳的俗語：“春茶苦，夏茶澀，要好喝，秋白露”.這里的“秋白露”，指的是白露前后采摘的秋茶。
茶葉的季節(jié)鑒別主要從干看和濕看兩方面來分辨。只有將干看與濕看相結合，才能更準確地分辨出是何季茶。
干看主要從干茶的色、香、形三方面來分辨春茶、夏茶和秋茶。春茶的品質特征是綠茶色澤綠潤，紅茶色澤烏潤，茶葉肥壯重實，或有較多白毫，且無論綠茶、紅茶，條索狀的都十分緊結，珠茶顆粒圓緊，同時香氣馥郁。夏茶的品質特征是綠茶色澤灰暗，紅茶色澤紅潤，茶葉輕飄松寬，嫩梗寬長，且綠茶、紅茶條索松散，珠茶顆粒松泡，香氣稍帶粗老。秋茶的品質特征是綠茶色澤黃綠，紅茶色澤暗紅，茶葉大小不一，葉張輕薄瘦小，香氣較為平和。
此外，干看還可以結合偶爾夾雜在茶葉中的茶花、茶果來判斷該茶是何季茶。春茶的茶葉中偶爾會夾有茶樹幼果，其大小近似綠豆；夏茶的茶葉中幼果接近豌豆大?。磺锊璧牟枞~中茶果直徑可達0.6厘米，這些都是可以作為判斷茶葉為何季茶的方法。此外，如果是秋茶，茶葉中會偶爾雜有干茶樹花蕾或干茶樹花朵。
所謂濕看，就是對茶葉進行開湯審評，將所要判定的茶葉取出一小部分進行沖泡，通過茶葉的內質特征來作出進一步判斷。通常情況下，春榮沖泡的茶葉下沉速度較快，茶香濃烈持久，茶味醇厚，茶葉葉底柔軟厚實，正常芽葉較多。以紅茶、綠茶為例，作為春茶的紅茶湯色紅艷現金圈，而綠茶湯色綠中顯黃。夏茶茶葉沖泡后，下沉較慢，香氣稍低；綠茶滋味欠厚稍澀，湯色青綠，葉底中夾雜銅綠色芽葉。紅茶滋味較強欠爽，湯色紅暗，葉底較紅亮；茶葉葉底薄而較硬，對夾葉較多。而秋茶的茶葉經過沖泡后，往往香氣不高，滋味平淡，葉底夾有銅綠色芽葉，葉張大小不一，對夾葉較多。
