帶線帶標袋泡茶內外袋包裝機及內外袋袋泡茶包裝機內袋試機檢查及調整。

1、穿好內袋包裝膜，并送進內袋成型器。（見內袋示意圖）

2、穿好棉線。請用隨機配置的鑷子將棉線按圖示方法依次穿好——棉線先從導圈1穿出、再從導圈2穿出，然后從頂錐的小孔穿過，再從頂錐套內穿出，由下往上從線管固定板的小孔穿出，最后從上往下從線管內孔穿過；把線拉出線管，留出20㎜線頭，以方便掛線。

3、穿好標簽。按下圖順序穿好標簽。

4、點按觸摸屏的‘啟動’位置，啟動主機，進行空袋制做；檢查其封合狀況：是否平整、是否牢固、中間刀有否切斷。
5、送線離合手柄往左壓，合上離合器；檢查內袋掛線情況是否在縱封中間，掛線是否牢固；并檢查標簽與線是否粘合牢固。
6、合上下料離合器，檢查下料時間是否正確，下料重量是否準確。
